Job description:

• Preparing Orders and ensuring all the orders are ready in timely fashion as per requirements
• Preparing and upgrading computer PCs, desktop PCs and laptops
• Installing configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged PCs and Laptop
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
• Loading/Unloading of deliveries
• Helping colleagues with preparing orders
• Assist PC Build and Gaming PC team members
• Perform sanity test on all builds

Person specification:

• Must have at least 3 years experience in similar role
• Knowledge of various types of operating systems
• Experience of resolving complex ICT problems independently
• Experience of planning and managing busy workloads and conflicting priorities
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose best solution and solve problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving ability
