Job Summary

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations in the warehouse. This includes packing orders, preparing shipments, cleaning, and maintaining the Orders and warehouse. Attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Packing: Pick, pack, and label IT products accurately and efficiently to ensure timely and correct delivery to customers.
• Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse, perform regular stock checks, and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Shipment Preparation: Prepare and package outgoing shipments in line with company guidelines, ensuring items are securely packed and appropriately labeled for dispatch.
• Product Handling: Handle IT products with care, adhering to health and safety protocols to prevent damage to goods.
• Receiving Goods: Assist in unloading deliveries and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring all safety protocols are met in the warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role (experience with IT products is advantageous but not essential).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 10-15 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
